First I have to talk about the biggest mistake when trying to lose weight. Training hard to lose weight without thinking of what you eat. If you aren't watching your calories you can just quit now. If you eat more kcals than you burn you there is no way you can loose weight. It's very logical but at the same time, a lot of people makes this mistake and the result is a lot of time spent in the gym to no avail! So first of all, get your diet in check!

Gerilja Cardio is a proven method that is claimed to be the best way of losing fat there is! It's very simple, you run intervals, 20 seconds as fast as you can with 10 seconds pause.
