You will be assigned your personal trainer when you become a member. This is the only person you have to relate to while you are a member.
We help you with both nutrition and training. If you goal is to lose weight this can be done by only following a diet, but adding a training routine definitively helps speed things up.

What we give you as our member is our hard earned expertise through many
years of fitness training. You will get the attention you need, and all
your questions answered.
We are very serious about giving our members enough
attention in the form of
motivation and communication. Your personal trainer
will be available via e-mail , MSN, ICQ, Skype and other messenger
services you might use.
